Costs and Fees

It's important for couples to be able to budget and to know that there are no hidden costs or extras. Hence, my fees are all inclusive and you will always be provided with a quote, a statement of fees with my ABN and an official receipt.

My prices are very competitive. Because every ceremony is unique to each couple, I will tailor my fees to meet your individual needs. Please contact me today, for an obligation free chat, about your Ceremony of Love.

Here is a list of what I normally provide for each ceremony:

Wedding Ceremony

• All interviews (no limit), consultation and communication fees
• For your convenience I will come to your home, or a coffee shop in a mutually convenient area
• Creation of a fully personalised and unique ceremony
• The officiating of your wedding at a venue of your choice
• The supply of all required official documentation and photocopying
• Provision of sample ceremonies and readings, as well as assistance in the selection and design of your individualised wedding ceremony
• Rehearsal one week before ceremony
• A copy of your ceremony as a personal gift
• Providing a beautifully printed "Certificate of Marriage"
• Use of a high quality portable P.A. system
• Provision of a signing table and chair; plus a variety of signing pens & beautiful linen to choose from if required
• I only conduct 1 ceremony per day, so you never have to worry about me being late or rushed. It's your day and I'm there to make it special and enjoyable for you
• Assistance with the completion and submission of your application for your Registered Certificate from Births, Deaths & Marriages, along with a name change checklist
• The documentation to register your marriage is sent the first working day after your wedding by registered post
• Conducting of a Remembrance Candle Ceremony, to honour those loved ones no longer physically with us
• Conducting of an optional Unity Sand, Unity Candle, Handfasting or any other ceremony is included at no extra charge. (You will need to supply the sand, candles or cords, as these are about personal choice)
• Create your dream ceremony and put your mind at ease so you can enjoy your special day

Elopement Wedding Ceremony

• The supply of all required official documentation and photocopying
• A meeting to complete the official paperwork prior to the ceremony
• Samples of ceremonies and vows emailed after signing of NOIM
• Rehearsal one week before ceremony, if required
• The officiating of your wedding in an intimate, personal and special ceremony, for you and your witnesses, at a venue of your choice
• Providing a beautifully printed "Certificate of Marriage"
• Assistance with the completion and submission of your application for your Registered Certificate from Births, Deaths & Marriages, along with a name change checklist
• The documentation to register your marriage is sent the first working day after your wedding by registered post

Renewal of Vows

• All interviews (no limit), consultation and communication fees
• For your convenience I will come to your home or a coffee shop in your area
• Provision of sample ceremonies and readings, as well as assistance in the selection and design of your individualised ceremony
• Rehearsal one week before ceremony
• A copy of your ceremony as a personal gift
• The officiating of your ceremony at a venue of your choice
• Providing a beautifully printed "Renewal of Vows" certificate
• Use of a high quality portable P.A. system

For all ceremonies a non-refundable booking fee of $150.00 is required to secure your date, with the balance payable one month prior to the ceremony. Payment can be made by direct deposit or cash.
